Terms of Service

Last revised 21 October 2026

1. Accepting these terms

Waifu Rips (blockrips.com) is operated by MITHRIL CONSULTANCY FZ LLC, Shed No. 20, Al Hulaila Industrial Free Zone (unit S20W721), RAKEZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates ("Waifu Rips", "we", "us"). These terms govern your access to and use of the Waifu Rips website and everything we provide through it (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher) to use the Service. By using it you confirm that you are, and that using Waifu Rips is lawful where you live.

2. What Waifu Rips is

Waifu Rips sells digital packs. Opening a pack reveals a graded collectible trading card, held in a secure vault and represented on the Solana blockchain. Which card a pack holds is decided by a verifiable random draw when your purchase goes through, at the odds published on the pack. It is not known to you or to us beforehand.

We also run a claw machine (section 6a). It is a different product from a pack: it is a game of chance in which a paid go can win one graded card or can win nothing, and its result is decided by its own draw, which you can check.

The Service exists for entertainment. Many rips are worth less than the pack cost, card values move with the collectibles market and can fall, and nothing on this site is financial advice or an invitation to invest. Spend only what you can afford to spend on entertainment.

Cards are sourced, vaulted, bought back and shipped through our partners: Slabz, who in turn work with Collector Crypt, the company that operates the vault and the on-chain card infrastructure. Those parts of the Service depend on our partners and are subject to their terms as well as ours (section 14).

3. Your account and your wallet

You sign in through our authentication provider using your email address or another supported sign-in method. A Solana wallet is created for your account automatically; you do not install anything or manage a seed phrase. You may also sign in with, or link, a Solana wallet of your own, and where we offer it, pay from that wallet in wallet mode (section 4a).

Access to your sign-in method is access to your account. Keep it secure, tell us immediately at support@blockrips.com if you think someone else has got in, and do not let anyone else use your account. One person, one account.

4. Your balance is held custodially: read this section

Your Waifu Rips balance and your cards live in an account wallet whose keys are managed by our wallet infrastructure provider, and every movement of funds or cards from that wallet is made by our servers on your instruction through the site. The Service gives you no way to export that wallet's keys or to operate it from outside Waifu Rips. In plain terms: you reach your balance and cards only through Waifu Rips.

This section is about your Waifu Rips account wallet. A wallet of your own that you sign in with or link stays yours, and we never hold its keys. If you turn on wallet mode, section 4a says what changes.

Your balance is USDC, a dollar-pegged stablecoin. It is not a bank deposit and it is not government-insured. It depends on the stablecoin's issuer and on the Solana network, neither of which we control.

When you confirm a pack purchase, card trade, marketplace listing, price change, delisting, marketplace buy, sell-back, safety-net sale, redemption, withdrawal, card sent to a player, card sent to a wallet or item sent back, you are instructing our servers to ask the account wallet and our partners to build, sign and submit the matching transaction or request. We may refuse, pause or cancel a request before it is submitted where the Service is paused, the card or balance is unavailable, the request would break these terms, or the law requires us to.

4a. Wallet mode: paying from your own wallet

What it is. Wallet mode is optional. Where we offer it to your account, and you have signed in with or linked a Solana wallet of your own (section 3), you can choose to pay for packs in USDC straight from that wallet instead of from your Waifu Rips balance. The cards you pull then go straight into that wallet, and when you sell one of them back the USDC is paid straight into it. A wallet can pay for only one Waifu Rips account. To turn wallet mode on you sign a message in your wallet to show it is yours; that signature pays nothing and moves nothing. If you do not turn it on, nothing changes for you and this section does not apply to you.

Your balance moves to your wallet. When you turn wallet mode on, the whole USDC balance of your Waifu Rips account wallet is sent to your own wallet, with no charge: we pay the Solana network fee. USDC that reaches your Waifu Rips account wallet later, for example from selling back a card kept there, is sent on to your own wallet in the same way while you use the site, and small amounts may wait to go with the next one. Like any Solana transaction, a move cannot be reversed once it is confirmed. Cards you already own are not moved: they stay in your vault, and you can still sell them back with nothing to approve, or send them to a wallet (section 7).

You approve every payment and every sale. Each rip, and each sell-back of a card that is in your own wallet, is a transaction your wallet asks you to approve. Nothing is paid and nothing is sold until you approve it. A multibuy is approved once for all of its packs, and each pack is still its own purchase. An approval is open for a short time only (about 15 seconds for a rip, 30 seconds for a sale): if you reject it, or it runs out of time, nothing is paid or sold, and an approval that arrives too late is not sent. If you reject a sell-back, your card is untouched, but our partner may not offer a new quote on it straight away, and its 72-hour window keeps running. Read what your wallet shows you before you approve, including any warning it gives. Once you have approved a transaction and it is confirmed on the Solana network, we cannot reverse, cancel or refund it (section 6).

Your cards are in your wallet. Your vault on Waifu Rips shows the cards in your own wallet next to the ones kept in your Waifu Rips account wallet. You can sell such a card back through Waifu Rips while its 72-hour window is open (section 7). Because it is in your wallet, you can also move it without us. A card you move out of that wallet, or sell or list anywhere else, may no longer be able to be sold back or redeemed through Waifu Rips, and we cannot bring it back.

Network fees. On a purchase from your own wallet, our partner builds the transaction, and the Solana network fee is paid either by our partner or from your wallet, so keep a little SOL in it. We pay the fee on every move of your balance to your own wallet. As section 6 says, a network fee is a cost of using the network, not a charge we set or receive.

Not available yet in wallet mode. While your account is in wallet mode you cannot:

  • add funds or withdraw (sections 5 and 8): your money is already in your own wallet;
  • buy a pack as a gift (you can still open gifted packs sent to you);
  • pay for a pack by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay (section 6);
  • list a card on the marketplace, or buy one from it;
  • trade cards, with any player (and other players cannot trade with you);
  • use the safety net, so a card you want to sell back is yours to sell before its 72-hour window closes;
  • redeem a card for physical shipment.

Where the rest of these terms describe those features, the description is for accounts that are not in wallet mode. We will update this list as they open.

You need your wallet with you. Ripping and selling a card from your own wallet need that wallet on the device you are using. Where it is not there, for example inside Telegram (section 11b) or in a phone browser without it, you can look at your account but not pay or sell from your wallet until you open Waifu Rips where your wallet is.

Your wallet, your keys. We never hold your own wallet’s keys or seed phrase, and we cannot move, freeze or recover anything in it. Keeping them safe is your responsibility: if you lose access to your wallet, or someone else gets into it, we cannot get back what was in it. Only approve Waifu Rips requests on blockrips.com. We will never ask for your seed phrase or private key, and nobody from Waifu Rips will message or email you asking you to approve something. Your wallet app is made by another company under its own terms; we do not control it and are not responsible for it (section 12). USDC in your own wallet is still USDC: it is not a bank deposit and not government-insured. What stays in your Waifu Rips account wallet is held as section 4 describes, and we can still refuse, pause or cancel a request before it is submitted (section 4), pause wallet mode, suspend or close an account (section 10), and withhold rewards not yet paid (section 9e).

Rewards. Your Rip Points, rank, clan and referrals stay with your account, and packs you buy through Waifu Rips from your own wallet count toward them as before; what that wallet does anywhere else does not. Referral USDC you claim (section 9a) and clan rev share (section 9c) are paid into your own wallet.

Changing your wallet, or turning it off. In your account menu, or the menu under your balance, you can switch the paying wallet to another Solana wallet of your own linked to your account (you sign once to show it is yours), or turn wallet mode off. Either may be refused for a moment while something on your account is still in progress, such as a rip, a sale or a move: try again once it has finished. Nothing is moved back: USDC and cards in your own wallet stay there. After you turn it off, packs are paid from your Waifu Rips balance again and sections 4 to 8 apply as written; selling back through Waifu Rips a card that is still in your own wallet may not be available while wallet mode is off.

Reading the rest of these terms. Where another section, the Privacy Policy or the Return Policy talks about USDC being paid into your balance, for an account in wallet mode that means your own wallet, unless this section says otherwise.

5. Deposits

Your balance is held in USDC on Solana. You can add to it in these ways:

  • Send USDC on Solana to your account's deposit address.
  • Send another coin, or send from an exchange, through our payment partner Unifold and the providers it works with. They take what you send, convert it into USDC and deliver it to your account wallet.
  • Top up by card, through Unifold and the card providers it works with (such as Stripe), where and when we offer it. Card top-ups are not open to every account at the moment: if you do not see the option, it is not available to you. A card payment is made to that provider, not to us, under its own terms, and we never see or store your card details.

A card, Apple Pay or Google Pay payment through our other payments partner, Coinflow, never tops up your balance and can never be withdrawn: it pays for a pack directly (section 6).

Through Unifold, the fees and the USDC you will receive are shown before you pay, and that part of the payment is under Unifold's and its providers' terms. Sending USDC on Solana yourself goes straight to your deposit address, with no conversion.

Your deposit address is on the Solana network. Send it only USDC on Solana and, where bringing in cards is open to your account, the cards described below. USDC sent on any other network is lost and cannot be recovered by us. Anything else sent to your deposit address, such as another coin or token, SOL, or an NFT that is not a card we bring in, is not added to your balance or your vault. We do not value or insure it and are not responsible for it, and you may not be able to get it back. The site warns you next to the address, and it is your responsibility to heed it.

Bringing in a card. Where it is available to your account, you can send a card held in Collector Crypt’s vault from a Solana wallet of your own to your deposit address. Before we add it to your vault we check it on the Solana blockchain and against Collector Crypt’s own record of it (or our own record, for a card pulled on Waifu Rips), and only an item recorded as a card is added. It can take a few minutes to appear, we may limit how many cards are added in a day, and we may decline to add a card. A card you bring in cannot be sold back, and one that was not pulled on Waifu Rips cannot be redeemed through Waifu Rips for now (section 7).

Sending something back. Where it is available to your account, the site can list items at your deposit address that were not added to your balance or vault (which can include a Collector Crypt item we could not add) and lets you send them to a Solana wallet: the wallet an item came from, where we can tell which it was, a wallet linked to your account, or another wallet address you enter. We pay the Solana network fee, so sending back is free. Not everything can be sent back: some items are made so that they cannot be moved, some are frozen, some kinds we cannot send yet, and coins, tokens, SOL and compressed NFTs are not listed at all. Those stay at your address. An item cannot be sent to your account’s own address or to another Waifu Rips account’s address, and we may refuse other addresses. How many items you can send back in a day is limited, and the first time you send to a wallet we may email you to confirm it. Once an item is sent it cannot be undone: check the address before you confirm. We are not obliged to send back any particular item, and we may pause or withdraw sending back at any time.

6. Purchases

Prices are shown in US dollars and can change at any time; you pay the price shown when you confirm. You can pay for a pack from your USDC balance, settled in USDC, or, where and when we offer it, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Coinflow (below). We may refuse or cancel an order before its pack is delivered to you; if we cancel one you paid for by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, we refund it in full (below). In wallet mode a pack is paid for in USDC from your own wallet, when you approve it there (section 4a).

Paying for a pack by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Coinflow (Coinflow Labs) is our payment processor for these payments. You pay Coinflow, on its own checkout page, and the payment is also governed by Coinflow's terms. It does not pass through your balance, does not add to it and cannot be withdrawn. Coinflow charges a fee on top of the pack price, which covers its processing and its chargeback protection; the price, the fee and the total are shown before you pay. Coinflow decides whether to accept a payment: it runs its own fraud checks, may ask you for more information, and may decline a payment, in which case nothing is charged and no pack is delivered. Pay only with a card or wallet that is yours or that you are allowed to use.

We buy the pack for you and open it straight away. As soon as Coinflow accepts your payment, which can be when your card issuer authorises it and before the money reaches us, we buy the pack for you from our partner (section 14) as your own purchase, into your Waifu Rips account wallet, and pay our partner for it ourselves. We then open it for you at once, and the card it holds goes into your vault; the site shows you the rip, usually within seconds. You do not need to do anything, and a pack bought this way cannot be kept sealed. If you leave the page, the pack is still bought and opened, and the card is in your vault when you come back. You pay no Solana network fee on it: we or our partner pay it. One order is 1 to 20 packs of the same pack, and each pack is bought and opened on its own. A pack bought this way is a rip you paid for yourself: it counts at the pack price (Coinflow's fee does not count) wherever these terms treat paid packs differently from gifted or free ones, such as Rip Points, rank, referrals, partner links, clan rev share and Daily Stamps.

Turbo Mode on a card-paid pack. Each pack of the order is bought with your Turbo Mode switch as it is when you go to pay. With Turbo on, a common card pulled from the pack is sold back at once at our partner’s quote and the USDC goes to your balance, and rarer cards are kept as normal, as with any rip (section 7). When a pack is low on stock, our partner sells it only with Turbo (section 7, Low stock). If that happens after you have paid and your Turbo Mode is off, the site asks you to turn it on for that order: if you do, we buy and open the pack with Turbo; if you say no, or do not answer within about 30 minutes, the pack is not bought and the payment is refunded as set out below.

Who can pay by card. Paying by card is not available in every country. Coinflow accepts only cards issued in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Finland, Spain and Poland, so a card issued anywhere else will be refused. We are opening it gradually, so it may be offered to some accounts before others: if you do not see it, it is not available to you. Accounts in wallet mode cannot use it (section 4a). We may limit, pause or withdraw it at any time, for any account.

A go on the claw machine is not a pack. It is paid for and handled as set out in section 6a.

You can buy several packs at once (multibuy); each pack is its own purchase. You can also buy a pack as a gift for another Waifu Rips user, who opens it and keeps what it holds.

Separately from the price, the Solana network charges a fee in SOL to record each transaction. Our partner builds those transactions: on some of them the partner pays that network fee, and on others it is paid from your account wallet. It is a cost of using the network, not a charge we set or receive.

All purchases are final, unless the law where you live requires otherwise, with one exception below. A confirmed Solana transaction cannot be undone, reversed or refunded by us, and a pack cannot be unopened. If you paid for a pack and it did not open, the site shows it to you as an unopened pack that you can open later. If that fails, it is a fault on our side and we will put it right. Contact support@blockrips.com.

The exception: a card-paid pack we could not deliver. If you paid by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay and we cannot deliver a pack you paid for (for example, it sold out or went off sale before we could buy it, our purchase failed, or you chose not to turn on Turbo when the pack needed it), our team checks the payment and, once it has confirmed that the pack was not bought, refunds what you paid for it in full, including Coinflow's fee, to the card or wallet you paid with, through Coinflow, and emails you. Refunds are made by our team, not automatically, so a refund can take longer than a delivery would have, and how long it then takes to reach you depends on your card issuer. Once a pack has been bought for you it is yours, and that payment is final like any other purchase; if opening it takes longer than usual, we keep trying until it opens.

Disputes and chargebacks. If something is wrong with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay payment, email support@blockrips.com first: we can see the order, and our team checks every order we could not deliver, but tell us if you have not heard from us. If you ask your card issuer to reverse a payment (a chargeback), the dispute is handled by Coinflow and your issuer under the card network's rules, and we may give Coinflow the record of your order and of the pack's purchase and opening. While a payment is disputed or flagged by Coinflow as suspected fraud, we may hold any pack it paid for that has not yet been bought, and whether it is refunded is settled with Coinflow, because your issuer may already be returning the money. Because we buy your packs as soon as Coinflow accepts your payment, a payment that is cancelled, reversed or not completed after its packs were bought is settled with Coinflow in the same way, and we may take back rewards that payment earned (section 9e). We may also pause paying by card on your account. Disputing a payment for packs that were delivered to you, unless the payment was not made or authorised by you, breaks these terms, and we may suspend or close the account (section 15) and take back rewards the payment earned (section 9e).

6a. The claw machine

What it is. The claw machine is a game of chance. You pay for one go at a time, and a go either wins one graded card or wins nothing. A go costs $5, paid in USDC from your balance (section 6). The price and the chance of winning are shown on the machine before you pay. If you use wallet mode (section 4a), the machine may ask you to approve the payment in your own wallet app; if you do not approve it, nothing is charged. The machine is for players who meet section 1, it may not be offered in every country, and we may refuse or close it for any player or place where offering or playing it would be unlawful. If playing a game of chance is not lawful where you live, do not play.

The chance of winning. Every go has the same chance to win, and every go is its own, independent chance. Today that chance is 1 in 6. Earlier goes, won or lost, do not change the next one, a run of goes without a win does not make a win more likely, and no go is guaranteed to win. The chance a go was played at is recorded with that go. We may change the chance for future goes; the machine always shows the current one, and a change never applies to a go that has already started.

What decides a go. The result of a go is decided by a random draw made by our system, not by skill. Where or how you aim or drop the claw does not change the result; the claw’s movement is part of how the game is presented. A go that does not win gives you nothing, and the $5 is not returned.

Checking that a go was fair. Before you press PLAY, the machine shows you a fingerprint (a SHA-256 hash) of a secret number, the server seed, that we have already fixed. You also have a client seed of your own, which you can choose before your first go on a seed. Every go has a go number, which is taken when you press PLAY. The result is worked out from the server seed, your client seed and the go number, using HMAC-SHA256: the go wins when the first 7 bytes of that result, read as one number, divide exactly by the chance’s denominator (by 6 when the chance is 1 in 6). Once you press PLAY the result is fixed. Nobody, you or us, can change it afterwards, because any other server seed would not match the fingerprint you were shown.

The server seed stays secret while it is in use. When you start a new seed, the machine shows you the old one, and you can then check every go that seed decided: the seed must match its fingerprint, and each go’s result must match the draw. You can do that on the machine’s fairness screen or with any tool that calculates SHA-256 and HMAC-SHA256 (use the seed’s raw bytes as the key, not its text). We keep a record of every go, including goes that were not played, and each keeps its go number, so a number is never missing without a trace. We may limit how often you can start a new seed, and you cannot start one while a go is in progress.

If you win. You win one graded card from our $25 Pokémon pack, at the odds published for that pack. To deliver it, we buy and open that pack through our partners (section 14) when you win, and the card it holds is moved to your vault (in wallet mode, to your own wallet). Your prize is the card; it does not come with the $25 the pack cost. The card is treated as a card you pulled yourself (section 7): you may keep it, trade it, list it or redeem it, and you may sell it back to our partner at the quote at that moment while its sell-back window is open and sell-back is open for it. That window is 72 hours, and it starts when your win is recorded, a little before the card reaches you. A card won on the claw machine is never sold automatically by the low-stock rule in section 7. If our partners are unavailable when you win, delivery waits for them and the site shows your prize as on its way. If a card cannot be delivered to you, that is a fault on our side and we will put it right: email support@blockrips.com.

Goes that do not play. If a go does not start or is not completed, for example because you do not approve the payment, it times out, your balance is too low, the network does not take the payment, or you start a new seed before it is paid, the go is not played and nothing is charged. It still uses up its go number, and the machine lists it as not played. If your $5 was taken and the go did not play, we will put it right and pay it back.

Limits. You can play one go at a time, and we may limit how many goes you can play in an hour. We may pause or close the machine at any time, for example when our partners are unavailable. A go that has started and been paid for is played to its result.

Rip Points and rank. Every claw machine go earns Rip Points, whether it wins or not: one fifth of the Rip Points that opening one $25 Pokémon pack would earn you at that moment, multiplied by your rank's multiplier, the same one your rips earn with, and by any double-points promotion running at the time, as a rip is. The points are added once the go has played. If we refund a go, its Rip Points are taken back. Claw machine goes do not count toward your rank, Daily Stamps, quests or referral rewards. We may change this (section 9).

All goes are final once paid, as set out in section 6 and in the Return Policy.

7. Your cards: keeping, trading, listing, selling back, redeeming

A card you pull is yours. You may:

  • Keep it in your vault, represented on chain;
  • Trade it with another Waifu Rips player, card for card, where card trading is available. A card trade moves both sides together when it is accepted, or nothing moves. A trade cannot include money, cannot include more than 7 cards in total, and cannot be undone by us after the on-chain transaction is confirmed;
  • Send it to another Waifu Rips player, where sending to players is available, with nothing asked back. The card goes straight into their vault, with no acceptance step, and a send cannot be undone, by you or by us, once the on-chain transaction is confirmed. Sends to players share the daily limits of trades and count toward them;
  • List it on the marketplace, where listing is available, through Collector Crypt's marketplace infrastructure. Listings may also appear on Collector Crypt's marketplace, and Collector Crypt listings may appear inside Waifu Rips. Collector Crypt takes a 2% fee from the seller when a listing sells. Our fee is 0%. A listed card must be delisted before it can be traded, sold back or redeemed;
  • Low stock (Turbo): when a pack is low on stock, any common card you pull from it is sold back automatically at the time of the rip, at the same sellback rate as a sale back (our partner’s quote, described below), and the USDC goes straight to your balance. You are not asked first. Rare and rarer cards you pull from it are always kept and are yours as normal. This applies to every pack and every way of opening one: a single rip, a multibuy, and a gifted pack;
  • Sell it back at the price quoted at that moment. Buyback is run by our partner, not by us. Our partner's stated standing offer level is at least 85% of a card's fair market value on our partner's own assessment, and where a quote is available, the price you are shown is our partner's own quote, passed to you unchanged. That level is our partner's to set and to honour. We do not calculate it, set it, or guarantee a floor beneath it, and this is a description of our partner's offer rather than a price promise from us. Quotes move with the market, a quote can change or expire before you accept it, and there are times our partner will not quote on a card at all, for example while an earlier sale of the same card is still clearing. Buyback is open for 72 hours after the pack is opened, and after that our partner may no longer quote on the card. Settlement is normally immediate, but a sale can sit in flight while the network or our partner catches up;
  • Use the safety net, where it is available, by asking us to buy your card back shortly before its sell-back timer runs out. It is optional and card by card: you can say yes or no while buyback is open. If you say yes, we try to sell the card back at the partner quote before the 72-hour window closes. If the sale does not go through before that window closes, the card stays in your vault;
  • Send it to a Solana wallet, where sending is available (see below);
  • Redeem it for physical shipment.

In wallet mode (section 4a) the cards you pull are in your own wallet, USDC from selling one back, or from Turbo Mode, is paid into that wallet, and some of the options above are not available yet.

A card that came to you from someone else, or that you brought in, follows narrower rules:

  • A card you won on the claw machine (section 6a) is treated as a card you pulled. It can be sold back to our partner while its 72-hour window is open and sell-back is open for it, and the site shows when it is not. It is not sold automatically.
  • A card another player traded to you, or one you bought from another Waifu Rips player’s listing, cannot be sold back for now, and the site shows it as “Sell-back closed”. We will open it only once our partner, Slabz, confirms that it will buy back a card from a player who did not pull it, and even then only while the card’s 72-hour buyback window, counted from when it was pulled, is still open. A card you pulled yourself that comes back to you in a trade or a buy keeps its own sell-back while that window is open.
  • A card bought on the marketplace from Collector Crypt cannot be sold back and cannot be redeemed through Waifu Rips. You can keep it, trade it or list it again.
  • A card you brought in (section 5) cannot be sold back. If it was not pulled on Waifu Rips, it cannot be redeemed through Waifu Rips for now. You can keep it, trade it or, where the marketplace is available, list it.

Redemption works like this:

  • Redeeming a card burns it. The on-chain representation is destroyed permanently when you confirm the redemption, before the card is shipped. A redeemed card cannot be un-redeemed, sold back or restored.
  • Shipment is carried out by our partner. Your shipping details pass through our servers to them and we do not store them (see the Privacy Policy). A phone number and email address are required, because the carrier needs them for the label.
  • You pay shipping in USDC at the rate shown before you confirm. Solana network fees on the burn are covered by our partner.
  • On international shipments, customs duties, import VAT and similar charges are yours, payable to your local authorities.
  • Sales or use tax on a redemption, where any applies, is handled upstream by the vault operator that ships your card. Waifu Rips does not collect, calculate or remit sales tax on redemptions.
  • Shipping is international, but it is not unconditional. You must not ask us to ship to a destination that sanctions or export controls prohibit, and we may refuse or cancel a redemption where sanctions, export controls or the carrier make delivery unlawful or impossible.

Buying on the marketplace, where it is available, works like this:

  • The marketplace shows cards listed by Waifu Rips players and cards listed on Collector Crypt’s marketplace. You pay for a card from your USDC balance.
  • You pay exactly the listed price. There is no fee for listing or buying, and nothing is added on top of the price. When a card sells, Collector Crypt’s 2% fee comes out of the seller’s side of the sale, not the buyer’s.
  • You do not pay the Solana network fee on a listing, price change, delisting or marketplace buy. On a listing or a buy, if your account wallet holds no SOL, Collector Crypt pays it, and on a listing it also pays the refundable deposit the network requires to open one. In every other case we pay them. The deposit goes back to whoever paid it when the listing ends.
  • Before you buy, we check the listing again. If its price has changed, nothing is bought and we show you the new price. If the card has already been sold or delisted, nothing is bought. If a purchase does not go through, nothing is taken from your balance.
  • A card you buy lands in your vault. A marketplace buy is final once it is confirmed on chain: we cannot undo or refund it, and the same goes for the sale of a card you listed.
  • We may limit how many cards you can list, delist, reprice or buy each day.

Sending a card to a wallet. Where it is available to your account, you can send cards from your vault to a Solana wallet: a wallet linked to your account, or another wallet address you enter. A listed card must be delisted first. When a send goes through, the card leaves your vault: we no longer hold it for you, and while it is outside Waifu Rips it cannot be sold back, redeemed, traded or listed through Waifu Rips. Any trade offer that includes it is cancelled. Sending costs $0.05 a card in USDC, taken from your balance in the same transaction, except where we make a send free, for example a number of free cards in any 24 hours. Where a send has a fee, the site shows it before you confirm. We pay the Solana network fee. A card cannot be sent to the wallet of any Waifu Rips account, yours or another player’s (to give a card to a player, trade with them), to an address we know belongs to Waifu Rips or one of our partners, or to an address that is not a wallet, and we may refuse other addresses. These checks cannot recognise every address, so the address you choose is your responsibility. For your safety, only so much card value can leave your account in any 24 hours, through sends and accepted trades together, and less while your account is new; a card with no recorded value counts as $25 toward that limit. The first time you send to a wallet we may email you to confirm, and the send goes only once you confirm it. We may limit how many cards you can send at once or in a day. Once a card is sent it cannot be undone: we cannot pull it back or send it somewhere else. We may pause or withdraw sending at any time; a send already under way may still go through.

8. Withdrawals

There are two ways to withdraw.

To a Solana wallet. You can withdraw USDC from your balance to an ordinary Solana wallet address you control (not a token account). The minimum is $1 per withdrawal. There is no maximum other than your balance, and no limit on how many withdrawals you make in a day. We pay the Solana network fee. Check the address before you confirm. A withdrawal to the wrong address is irreversible and we cannot recover it.

To your bank, through Coinflow, where and when we offer it. Coinflow (Coinflow Labs) is our payment processor for bank payouts. Today it can pay out to US bank accounts in US dollars (same-day ACH), UK bank accounts in pounds (Faster Payments) and euro bank accounts in the SEPA area; it is not available in every country, or to accounts that sign with their own wallet. Before your first bank withdrawal, Coinflow checks your identity, and you link your bank inside Coinflow's own page; your identity documents and bank details go to Coinflow and its verification provider, not to us, and Coinflow may decline to verify you or to pay out. Coinflow charges a payout fee, and a currency conversion fee when you are paid in pounds or euros, at the rate it sets when you confirm. Both are taken from the amount you withdraw, and the amount you will receive is shown before you confirm. We do not add a fee of our own. The minimum is $20 and the maximum is $5,000 per bank withdrawal, and you can have one on its way at a time. Arrival times depend on your bank and country and are shown before you confirm. When you confirm, the USDC is sent from your account wallet to Coinflow, and from then on the payout is handled by Coinflow under its own terms. If your bank rejects or returns the payout, we will work with Coinflow to return the USDC to your balance.

In wallet mode there is nothing to withdraw: your USDC is already in your own wallet (section 4a).

We may delay or refuse any withdrawal where we reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering or a breach of these terms, or where the law requires us to. We may introduce identity checks for wallet withdrawals or adjust these limits.

9. Rip Points, ranks and rewards

Rip Points are earned when you open packs, and from Daily Stamps (section 9d; until Daily Stamps are switched on, from the daily crate instead), daily quests and one-time quests, claw machine goes (section 6a), rank milestones, Pokédex milestones, your Rip Card, posting your own pulls and clips, friends you refer and the referral Mystery Pack (section 9a), partner welcomes (section 9b), and promotions we run. They are never sold. They cannot be bought, withdrawn, sold or transferred (including to a friend or a clan). We may change how they are earned or what they do.

What Rip Points are not. Rip Points are a record of how you have played. They are not money, e-money, a crypto-asset, a security or an investment, they are not your property, and they give you no share in Waifu Rips or claim on it. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, USDC, cards or anything else, unless and until we offer a way to use them and publish its rules (as we would for the Store, below).

No promise of a token or airdrop. We have not promised, and do not promise, any token, airdrop, conversion or other future benefit for Rip Points. If we ever offer one, it will run on its own published rules. Those rules may decide who can take part (for example by country, by identity or eligibility checks, or by account standing), may count Rip Points in any way they set out (not necessarily one for one), may leave out points earned in breach of these terms, and may not be open where you live. Holding Rip Points gives you no right to take part. Do not buy, sell or trade Rip Points or accounts for them, and do not spend money on Waifu Rips expecting Rip Points to be worth something later.

Your rank is based on your lifetime spend and unlocks the rewards shown on the rank ladder. Claw machine goes are covered in section 6a. Rank rewards are Rip Points and, for reaching Platinum I, Diamond I and Obsidian I, the free pack or packs the ladder shows for that rank; ranking up does not award Waifu Rips Credit. A rank's free pack is sent to your account as a gift from Waifu Rips after you reach that rank, and we choose the pack. It usually arrives within minutes and can take longer. These free packs start from the day we added them: a rank you already held on that day does not get one. A free pack is a pack like any other once it is opened, and opening it does not count toward your rank. We may change ranks and their rewards.

We may later open a Store where Rip Points can be exchanged. Until we announce it, Rip Points cannot be spent on anything.

We may correct or take back Rip Points credited by mistake or obtained in breach of these terms (section 9e). Rip Points end when your account is deleted.

9a. Referrals and promotions

Starting dates. Referral USDC, the friend's bonus and the referral Mystery Pack start when we switch them on and say so on the site. Until then, referrals earn Rip Points only, as described under "Rip Points as well" below.

Your referral link. Your referral link is blockrips.com/r/ followed by your username, and your username is also your referral code. Older codes in the form RIP-XXXXXX keep working. If you change your username, links with your old name still count for you for one year, unless someone else has given up or taken that name in the meantime. A friend counts as referred by you only if they sign up through your link, or enter your code, before their first rip. A code cannot be added or changed after that. An account that was deleted and signed up again cannot be referred, and the code of an account that is closing or deleted no longer works.

What you earn in USDC. From the day a friend becomes your referred friend (normally the day they sign up), you earn a share of what that friend spends on paid packs they open themselves, paid in USDC. Paid packs opened from 1 September 2026 count. These terms set no end date for how long a friend's spend counts for you: it counts until we end it, which we may do at any time, for everyone or for any one friend (see "Changes" below). Your share depends on your tier, which is set by how many of your referred friends have ripped a paid pack and count under this section:

  • Scout (0 to 4 friends): 0.15% of their paid spend ($1.50 for every $1,000);
  • Crew (5 to 14 friends): 0.30% ($3 for every $1,000);
  • Captain (15 to 39 friends): 0.45% ($4.50 for every $1,000);
  • Legend (40 or more friends): 0.60% ($6 for every $1,000).

When you reach a new tier, its share applies to your friends' spend from that day on; spend before that day keeps the share you had at the time. Free packs, gifted packs, packs bought as a gift for someone else, Mystery Packs and any other pack nobody paid for do not count. A pack your friend sells back still counts. You earn on your referred friends' paid packs only, never on your own, and nothing you earn comes out of your friend's balance or rewards.

Claiming. What you earn becomes ready to claim 24 hours after the friend's rip. You can claim from your Referrals page whenever you like, once at least $5 is ready, and only after you have ripped at least one paid pack yourself (unless we have told you in writing that you are exempt, for example as a named ambassador). The limits are:

  • at most $250 a claim (anything over that stays ready for a later claim);
  • one claim a day per player (UTC days), and one claim in progress at a time.

Each claim is paid as USDC on the Solana blockchain into your Waifu Rips account wallet (the one shown on your screen), where it is part of your balance like any other USDC in it (section 4, section 8). Like your other transactions, the transfer is public on the blockchain. If the wallet we pay claims from is short, your claim is accepted and queued, and queued claims are paid in the order they were made once it is topped up; nothing you have earned is lost by waiting. We may also pause claims for a safety or technical check, or while we look into a suspected error or abuse; what you have earned stays ready while they are paused.

How long earnings last. Referral USDC you have earned does not expire while your account is open and in good standing. While your account is closing or we are holding its funds while we investigate, your referral USDC is kept but cannot be claimed. If your account is deleted, or we close it for breaking these terms, referral USDC you have not claimed is lost.

Rip Points as well. You also earn a share of the Rip Points your referred friends earn from every rip they make: 5% at Scout, 10% at Crew, 15% at Captain and 20% at Legend. Their own points are not reduced.

What your friend gets. A friend who becomes your referred friend earns 10% extra Rip Points on their own paid rips for their first 30 days after the referral.

The referral Mystery Pack. While we offer it, a new player who signs up through your referral link can open one referral Mystery Pack. It is not a pack of cards: it reveals a number of Rip Points, drawn at random when it is opened, from the same amounts and on the same chances for everyone. Those points are locked: they count nowhere until the new player rips a paid pack bought within 7 days of opening the Mystery Pack, when they unlock. If no paid pack is bought in those 7 days, the locked points expire and are gone. Only accounts that are new when they are referred can get one, and only one each. It is not offered to an account that has ripped before, to an account that was deleted and signed up again, or where the two accounts have been used on the same device; if a shared device shows up by the time the points would unlock, the pack is void and its points never unlock. The Mystery Pack earns the person who referred them nothing. If we stop offering it, packs already opened keep their 7 days.

Mystery Packs from Waifu Rips. From time to time we email a free Mystery Pack to account holders who have never ripped a paid pack. It works like the referral Mystery Pack above: it reveals a number of Rip Points, drawn from the same amounts on the same chances for everyone, and those points are locked until you rip a paid pack bought within 7 days of opening it; if none is, they expire. The link in the email can be opened for 14 days, only from the account it was sent to. There is one free Mystery Pack per account, whether it comes from a referral or from Waifu Rips, and none for team accounts or accounts that are closing or were deleted and signed up again. If we stop sending them, packs already opened keep their 7 days.

Sharing your Mystery Pack. While we offer it, you can double the locked Rip Points from your Mystery Pack (a referral Mystery Pack or one from Waifu Rips) by tapping SHARE TO X on Waifu Rips while they are still locked, once per account. Doubled points stay locked and follow the same rule: they unlock only with a paid pack bought within the same 7 days from opening the Mystery Pack, and expire with the rest if none is. Tapping the button is what qualifies: we do not check whether your post went out or what it says, but your post must still follow section 9e (including saying that you earn from your link) and X’s own rules, including its rules on paid partnerships. For a referral Mystery Pack, the double is not given where the two accounts have been used on the same device, and if the Mystery Pack is voided, the doubled points are void with it. Like all Rip Points, they have no cash value. We may withhold or take back a double for abuse, and change, pause or end the double at any time, and may stop offering it in some countries.

What your link shows. When your referral link is shared, on X or anywhere else that shows link previews, the preview shows your username and, if you opened a referral Mystery Pack, the card it revealed. Anyone who has your link can see it.

What does not count. Referrals between accounts run by the same person, or used on the same device, do not count, and earn neither USDC nor points. A shared device found at any time voids all of that friend's referral USDC, including what was earned before we found it. We may withhold, reverse or cancel referral USDC or points that we believe were gamed or credited in error, including amounts from a friend we later find was not a real, separate player. If we cancel referral USDC you have already claimed, we may deduct it from referral USDC you earn later, and where it came from fraud we may recover it in any other way the law allows. The rules in section 9e apply to everything in this section.

Changes. We may change the shares, the tiers, how long a friend's spend counts, the claim limits or these rules, or end referral rewards, at any time, for everyone or for any one friend. We will say so on the site before a change for everyone takes effect, and when a friend's spend stops counting for you, your Referrals page shows that friend as Ended. A change of share applies to spend from the day it takes effect, never to what you have already earned. If referral USDC ends, for everyone or for any friend, what you earned before it ended can still be claimed on the rules above.

Promotions. From time to time we may run promotions, such as extra points or free packs. Each one runs on the rules we publish with it, and we decide who qualifies. Section 9e applies to every promotion.

9b. Partner links

Some creators and communities we work with (our partners) have their own clan here. Each partner clan has one shared link, which the partner hands to its community. Anyone with that link can join the partner's clan straight away, without asking to join, and gets a welcome: 50,000 Rip Points as soon as they join, and a free $25 pack once they have spent $125 on paid packs.

The rules:

  • Each account can claim one partner welcome, from any partner, ever. Opening the same link again shows where your welcome stands; it does not pay twice.
  • The welcome is for new members. If you are in the partner's clan when you open the link, or you were in it when the partner's link was made, you cannot claim it, even if you have left the clan since.
  • Claiming puts you in the partner's clan, and the 50,000 Rip Points are added to your account straight away, when you claim. You do not need to open a pack first. If your account does not have its wallet yet, they are added as soon as it does.
  • The $125 counts packs you pay for yourself from the moment you claim. Gifted packs, free packs, packs you sent to someone else and packs opened before the claim do not count toward the $125. When you reach $125 we send the free pack to your account as a gift; we send it ourselves, so it can take a few days.
  • Joining the partner's clan follows our clan rules (section 10a). If you are already in a clan you choose whether to move; we never move you without asking. If you are the only member of your clan, moving deletes it, and we tell you so before you choose. You get the welcome either way. A clan holds 50 members. If you are in no clan and the partner's clan is full, nothing is claimed, but the link keeps working, so you can claim once a place opens (while the link's welcomes last, see the next point). If you keep a clan of your own, a full partner clan does not stop the claim.
  • Each partner's link has a limit: a set number of welcomes, normally the number of free places in the partner's clan when the link was made. Every claim uses one for good, whether you join the clan or keep your own, and leaving the clan does not give it back. Once they are all claimed the welcome has run out and the link stops letting anyone claim, even if the clan has free places.
  • One welcome per person. We run checks to stop repeat claims, and we may refuse a claim that our checks link to an earlier one. If we do, nothing is claimed, and you can still ask to join the partner's clan the normal way; the clan's owner decides.
  • We may hold a welcome for a check, for example when a link has leaked. You are still in the clan, your paid packs still count toward the $125, and nothing is taken away; any points not yet added and the free pack wait until a person has checked, and we release them once the check is done. We may refuse a welcome we believe was claimed twice by the same person.
  • A partner's link can be switched off or replaced with a new one at any time, for example when it has been shared where it should not be or sold. A switched-off link claims nothing until it is switched back on; a replaced link stops working, and the partner has the new one. Links do not run out on their own unless we have given one an end date.
  • The welcome points are Rip Points like any others (section 9). A free pack is a pack like any other once it is opened.
  • Buying or selling links, or making extra accounts to claim more than one welcome, is not allowed; we may refuse or reverse a welcome we believe was gamed.
  • Our partners do not run Waifu Rips and cannot change your account, your balance or these terms.

9c. Clan rev share

Players in a clan earn rev share: a cash reward in USDC on the paid packs they rip, paid into their own Waifu Rips balance each month. It is a reward for playing. It is not a share in Waifu Rips or in its revenue or profits, and it gives you no ownership of Waifu Rips or claim on it.

What counts. Packs you pay for and open yourself, at the price you paid, including packs you sell straight back. Free packs, Mystery Packs, packs you buy as a gift for someone else and gifted packs you open do not count. You earn on your own packs only: nobody is paid for anyone else's packs, and nothing you earn comes out of another player's.

The rates. A clan's rate for a month is set by its volume that month: the total price of the packs that count ripped that month by everyone who was a member of the clan at any point in it, from the 1st of the month up to the moment they last left the clan (or the end of the month, if they stayed).

  • 5% rev share to start: $1.50 for every $1,000 of packs that count.
  • 10% rev share once the clan's volume for the month reaches $250,000: $3 for every $1,000.
  • 15% rev share once it reaches $1,000,000: $4.50 for every $1,000.

Those are the names of the three rates, and the dollar amounts beside them are what each one pays. Amounts are worked out per pack and paid in whole cents; anything under a cent is carried into the next month.

A rate counts for the whole month. Months run on UTC, from the 1st at 00:00 (except the first, below). When a clan reaches a new rate, every pack that counts from that month earns the new rate, including the packs ripped before the clan got there. A clan's rate never drops during a month because a member leaves: the packs they ripped while in it that month still count toward its volume.

Clans of two or more. A clan earns rev share for a month only if it had at least 2 members at the same time at some point in that month. If it then drops to one member, it keeps earning until the end of that month. A clan that never has two members in a month earns nothing for that month.

Your month, and moving clans. Your packs count from the 1st of the month, including any you ripped before joining a clan that month, up to the moment you leave your last clan. Packs you rip after that, while you are in no clan, earn nothing. You can be in up to three different clans in a month: the one you start in and two moves. Going back to a clan you were already in that month is not a move. A further move is refused until the 1st. A plain Leave is never refused, but leaving to start a new clan of your own counts as a move, so it is refused once you have used both moves that month. If you were in more than one clan in a month, you are paid the best rate of any clan you were in that month (at that clan's rate for the whole month) on all of your packs that count. Leaving a clan, or being removed from one, never takes away anything you have earned.

Payday. Each month's rev share is paid automatically as USDC into your Waifu Rips balance on the 1st of the next month (UTC), or as soon as we can after it. A month that comes to less than $1 is not lost: it is carried over and added to the next month, and paid once your total reaches $1. We tell you in your notifications either way, and a payment appears in your Transactions. Rev share paid into your balance is then yours like any other USDC in it (section 4, section 8).

Holds, deletion and bans. While your account is closing (Privacy Policy, section 10) or we are holding its funds while we investigate (section 10), your rev share is not paid but is kept, and paid on the next payday after the hold ends. If your account is deleted, or we close it for breaking these terms, before a payday, rev share not yet paid to it is lost, including anything carried over. The packs it ripped still count toward its clans' volume, so the rest of the clan loses nothing.

Everyone plays on the same rules, including accounts run by our own team. Referrals earn USDC and Rip Points on their own rules (section 9a), and referral USDC is claimed separately from rev share, not paid on payday. A pack can earn its buyer's clan rev share and their referrer's referral rewards at the same time, and neither reduces the other. You are responsible for any tax due on what you receive.

Fair play. Rev share rewards real play. One person, one account (section 3). We may withhold rev share we believe was gamed or earned in breach of these terms, for example by a clan made up of one person's accounts.

The first month. Rev share's first month runs from 1 September to 1 November 2026 (UTC), for the clan's rate and the October payout. Each player's packs in it count toward the clan they were in at launch (7 October), as moves before launch were not recorded. Since launch, every join and leave is recorded with its time.

Changes. We may change the rates, the thresholds or these rules, or end the programme, at any time. We will say so on the site before a change takes effect. Rev share earned before a change, or before the programme ends, is paid on the rules that applied when it was earned, subject to the paragraphs above.

9d. Daily Stamps

Daily Stamps reward the days you play. They replace the daily crate: until we switch Daily Stamps on and say so on the site, the daily crate carries on as before (open to anyone who bought a pack in the last 24 hours, paying Rip Points), and once they are on, the crate closes. Crate badges you have already earned stay yours.

  • A stamp a day. You get a stamp on any day you rip at least one paid pack. Days are UTC days (00:00 to 24:00 UTC), and a pack counts for the day you bought it. One stamp a day, however many packs you rip; a multibuy stamps once. A pack you buy as a gift for a friend counts for you, the buyer. Free packs, promotional packs, Mystery Packs, gifted packs you open and anything nobody paid for do not stamp. A pack you later sell back still counts. If a paid rip reaches our records late, it still stamps the day you bought it as long as it arrives by the end of the next UTC day.
  • What stamps pay. Stamps pay Rip Points only, never USDC, Credit, cards or packs. Every stamp pays daily points, and some stamps on the card also pay a milestone bonus; the card shows what each stamp pays. Both are multiplied by your rank's multiplier, the same one your rips earn with.
  • Streaks. If you also got a stamp the day before, today's daily points are doubled, and from the third day in a row they are tripled. The streak multiplies the daily points only, not milestone bonuses. Miss a day and the streak starts again; your stamps stay.
  • The card never wipes. A card holds 10 stamps. Missed days never remove stamps, and a card never expires. When you fill a card, your next stamp starts a new card on the next lap, and each lap adds 25% to what stamps pay, up to 100% extra.
  • Refunds and reversals. If a rip that earned a stamp is refunded, reversed or removed from our records (for example because it was credited in error), the stamp and the points it paid are taken back, unless another paid rip of yours that day still qualifies. Later stamps on the card move down to fill the gap, and the points taken back come off your Rip Points.
  • Who can collect. Accounts run by our own team, or by people working with us, cannot collect stamps. Stamp points are Rip Points like any others (section 9), and section 9e applies.
  • Changes. We may change what stamps pay, the streak, the laps or these rules, or end Daily Stamps, at any time; we will say so on the site before a change takes effect. Stamps and points you already have are kept, unless they are taken back under this section or section 9e.

9e. Rules for every reward

These rules apply to every reward and promotion on Waifu Rips: Rip Points, Credit, Daily Stamps, the daily crate, quests, referral rewards and the referral Mystery Pack, partner welcomes, clan rev share, free and gifted packs, and any promotion we run. Where a reward's own section says something more specific, that section applies as well.

  • Rewards can change or end. Any reward or promotion may change or end. We will say so on the site before a change takes effect, except where we must act at once to stop fraud or abuse, fix an error, keep the Service secure or follow the law. A change never takes away USDC already paid into your balance, and USDC rewards already earned are handled on the rules of their own section.
  • Fair play. One person, one account (section 3). We may withhold, hold while we check, reverse, void or take back any reward, and anything it led to, where we reasonably believe it was obtained through more than one account, accounts run together or for someone else, shared devices or networks, hiding who you are or where you are, referring yourself, bots, scripts or automation, buying, selling or swapping accounts, links or codes, purchases that were refunded, charged back, reversed or cancelled, a mistake or technical fault (ours, a partner's or the blockchain's), or any other breach of these terms. We may also suspend the account (section 10). If we close an account for breaking these terms, rewards not yet paid to it are lost.
  • Mistakes. If we credit a reward by mistake, for example the wrong amount, to the wrong account or because of a bug, we may correct it, including by taking it back.
  • Who can take part. Rewards are only for players who meet section 1 (18 or over, and allowed to use Waifu Rips where they live), are not subject to sanctions, and whose accounts are in good standing. A reward is not offered where offering or receiving it is against the law, and some rewards are not open to accounts run by our team; each section says which. Before releasing a reward we may ask for information to confirm you are eligible, and hold it until you give it.
  • Sharing your link or code. You may share your referral link or code with people you know and on your own channels, honestly. Do not spam it, post it where a site's rules do not allow it, run paid adverts using the Waifu Rips name without our written permission, or say anything misleading about Waifu Rips (for example that rips are a way to make money, that wins are likely, that anything on Waifu Rips is safe or guaranteed, or that Rip Points are worth money). Do not rush people to buy before they miss out, and do not give anyone investment advice about Waifu Rips, cards, USDC or Rip Points. When you share your link or code publicly, say clearly and visibly that you earn from it (for example “I earn a reward if you join with my link”). We may withhold referral rewards earned in breach of this.
  • Not a job, not an investment. Rewards are not wages or commission for work, and earning them does not make you our employee, agent or partner. Nothing about a reward is an offer of an investment or a share in Waifu Rips or its revenue.
  • Tax. You are responsible for any tax on what you receive and for reporting it where you live. We do not deduct tax unless the law requires us to.
  • Our records. Whether a reward was earned, and how much, is worked out from our records. If you think we got it wrong, email support@blockrips.com and a person will look again.

10. What you must not do

You agree not to:

  • use the Service if you are under 18, or on someone else's behalf without their authority;
  • use it where doing so breaks the law where you live, or while you are subject to sanctions;
  • automate, script or scrape the Service (other than through an AI assistant connection we offer, section 11c), or interfere with it or try to get around its limits, including the withdrawal limits;
  • use Waifu Rips to launder money, or with funds that are not lawfully yours;
  • pay with a card or payment account you are not allowed to use, or dispute a payment for packs you received (section 6);
  • impersonate any person, including Waifu Rips staff, in the name you choose or anywhere else;
  • harass, threaten or abuse anyone, or post hateful, sexual or illegal content;
  • scam anyone, ask anyone for money, wallet access or a seed phrase, or arrange trades or payments off Waifu Rips;
  • spam, or use an offensive username, clan name or image;
  • attempt unauthorised access to the Service or the systems behind it.

We may remove content, mute, suspend or close an account that does any of these, and may hold its balance while we investigate suspected fraud or unlawful use. Where sanctions or anti-money-laundering law requires it, we may freeze an account, its balance and its rewards, and report it to the relevant authorities; the law may not allow us to tell you first, or why.

10a. Messages, clans and your profile

Your profile is public to other players. Your username, rank, pulls and clan are shown to other players, and your username and big pulls may appear publicly on the site. Other players can follow you. You can change your username once every 30 days; your old name is held for 30 days before anyone else can take it.

Messages lets you chat with other players. People who are not your friends or clan-mates reach you as a request first. Waifu Rips staff will never ask for your seed phrase, private key or money in Messages.

Report and block. You can report a comment (including one on a clip), a clan chat message, a profile (including its Rip Card), a clan, a gift note or a message, and block anyone. A block works both ways: you can’t message, follow, trade with, send packs or cards to or invite each other, they can’t comment on your clips or reply to your comments, and you won’t see their comments, their clan chat messages (unless you tap to show one) or their clips in your feed. Blocking someone also hides their pulls from your live feed. They aren’t told. A block never cancels a gift or trade already made. Leaderboards and clan member lists still show everyone, including people you have blocked.

Clans are groups of players with their own chat. Clan owners control membership and may remove members. Clan names, badges, banners and member lists are public. Clans earn rev share on their members' paid packs, paid in USDC on the rules in section 9c. Beyond that, clan points and season standings carry no prize unless we announce one.

Pokédex trades, where available, swap collection entries only, never cards or money, and cannot be undone once accepted.

10b. Reports, takedowns and appeals

What happens to a report. A person on our team reads every report. We aim to decide within 24 hours, and within 4 hours for anything that puts a child at risk. The player you report is never told who reported them, and the people who look at reports see your name only when they need it to act.

What we can do. Remove any content, clips included; reset a username, profile picture, banner, Rip Card name and picture, or a clan’s name, picture or banner; stop an account posting for a time; suspend its social features; or close it. A restriction never stops you withdrawing your balance, selling a card back within its window or redeeming your cards, except where we hold a balance under section 10 while we investigate suspected fraud.

You are told. If we act on something of yours, a notice in your notifications says what we did and which rule it broke, and lets you appeal within 30 days. We answer appeals within 3 days and put back anything we got wrong. If you asked to hear back about a report you made, we tell you whether we acted, never what happened to the other player. We only ever contact you about a report through your notifications: our staff will never message you about one, email you a link about one, or ask you for a code, a password or money.

Automatic filters. We automatically stop some words in comments, clan chat, messages, names and gift notes, and stop messages that look like a seed phrase or private key. If something you wrote is stopped and you think it should not have been, email support@blockrips.com.

The gravest content. Child sexual abuse material and terrorist content are removed at once and reported to the authorities. A clan banner reported for child safety or sexual content by an established account is hidden at once while we look.

Copies elsewhere. Copies that other apps or browsers made before we removed something, such as link previews, are outside our control and may take a while to disappear.

Your rights. If we remove your content or suspend you in breach of these terms, you may have a claim against us for breach of contract.

11. Our content and yours

The Waifu Rips name, logo, artwork, animation and site design are ours and are protected by intellectual-property law. They are not licensed to you beyond normal use of the site. Card images, card names and grading marks belong to their respective owners.

You keep ownership of what you post (messages, comments, clan names, badges, banners and clips), but you give us a licence to host, show and share it on the Service and in our promotion of it. We may remove anything that breaks these terms.

11a. Clips and recordings

Automatic clips. Whether or not you use RECORD, when you pull a rare or better card we automatically make a video replay of that rip (the screen only) and add it to your clips. We may make an automatic clip again, for example when we change how rips look; it keeps its place, likes and comments. The earlier version is taken out of view straight away: we keep it privately, where nobody can watch it, and delete it when you delete that clip or your account.

RECORD on the desktop site records this browser tab, everything shown in it, from when you start until you press STOP (up to 30 minutes), plus your camera and microphone if you turn them on. Nothing from your camera or microphone is recorded until you turn RECORD on. When RECORD is on and you pull a rare or better card, your camera and microphone for that rip are uploaded so we can add them to the replay; the raw take is deleted once the clip is made. When you stop a session, it is saved to your clips.

Who sees clips. Saved clips are visible to all signed-in players by default, on your profile, on the Clips page and in clan chat, where others can view, like and comment on them. You can change this to friends only or only you in your clip settings; the setting covers your automatic clips as well as your recordings. A clip set to everyone also has its own link that anyone can open. A clip set to friends only or only you can be watched only by those people, including through its link. If you connect your X account, we post the clips and cards you choose to it on your behalf, only when you ask us to; you can disconnect at any time, and your use of X is under X's terms.

You can delete any clip at any time, which removes the file. If our team removes a clip, we keep a private copy that only our moderation team can open (Privacy Policy, section 9). Deleting a clip here does not delete a copy already posted to X or elsewhere. By saving or posting a clip you confirm you have the right to record anyone who appears in it.

11b. Telegram

You can use Waifu Rips inside Telegram and sign in with your Telegram account. These terms apply there too, along with Telegram's own terms.

11c. AI assistants such as Claude

Where we offer it, you can connect your Waifu Rips account to an AI assistant, such as Claude by Anthropic, and ask the assistant to show your balance and the packs on sale, rip packs, keep cards, sell cards back and give you a link to add funds. You connect it on blockrips.com, on a screen that says what the assistant will be able to do. These terms apply to everything done through it, along with the assistant provider's own terms. Using Waifu Rips through an assistant does not change where you are: section 1 and the law where you live still apply.

The assistant acts for you. By connecting it you authorise the assistant to give us instructions on your account, and we treat each instruction it sends as one from you. A pack it rips, and a card it keeps or sells back, are your own purchases and decisions, made from your balance at the price and on the rules shown on the site, and they are final in the same way (section 6, section 7 and the Return Policy). You are responsible for what you ask the assistant to do, for what it does with the access you gave it, and for its settings. If you let it use our tools without asking you each time (for example with an “Allow always” setting), it can rip packs and sell cards back without any further confirmation from you. Connect an assistant only to your own account.

No separate spending limit. We set no extra limit on what an assistant can spend. The site's own limits apply, and an assistant can spend everything your balance holds. Connect one only if you are comfortable with that, and spend only what you can afford to spend on entertainment (section 2).

Check what you are told. AI assistants make mistakes. One may misread what you asked, choose a different pack, or describe a card, a value, an offer or these terms wrongly. What counts is what our servers record: the pack, the price and the card in your history on blockrips.com. A sell-back goes through only at the offer we hold at that moment. Nothing an assistant says is a promise from us, and nothing it says is financial advice.

Disconnecting. You can disconnect an assistant at any time from the account menu on blockrips.com. That ends its access to your account straight away. Removing Waifu Rips in the assistant's own settings stops it there, but to be sure its access has ended, also disconnect it on blockrips.com. Disconnecting does not undo anything already done through it. If you think someone else is using an assistant on your account, disconnect it and email support@blockrips.com at once.

We may limit or switch it off. We may refuse any instruction from an assistant, limit which accounts or features can be used through one (for example, accounts that sign with their own wallet cannot use it), pause it or withdraw it, at any time and without notice, for everyone or for one account. We may disconnect an assistant where we suspect misuse, and we disconnect every assistant when an account is closed.

A third-party service. The assistant is provided by another company, not by us, under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not control it, and to the extent the law allows (section 12) we are not responsible for what it says or does, for its mistakes or outages, or for a loss caused by it, by its settings or by your instructions to it. If the assistant or our connection to it is not working, use blockrips.com. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC. Waifu Rips is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Anthropic, and Anthropic is not a party to these terms.

12. What we do not promise

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we depend on third parties (our card partners, our payment partners, our wallet infrastructure provider, our hosting providers, the Solana network, and services you choose to connect such as X, Telegram, AI assistants such as Claude and, in wallet mode, your own wallet app) whose failures we cannot control.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Waifu Rips, its affiliates and partners, and their officers, employees and agents, from claims, damages, losses and reasonable legal costs arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these terms.

14. Our partners, and their terms

Pack opening, gifting, vaulting, buyback, marketplace transactions and physical redemption are carried out through Slabz and Collector Crypt. The claw machine’s draw is ours (section 6a); the card you win comes from a pack we open through them. Your use of those parts of the Service is also subject to Slabz's Terms of Service and Collector Crypt's Terms of Service, published on their sites. Where their terms govern the vault, marketplace, redemption or buyback and conflict with ours on those subjects, theirs control for those services.

Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments for packs, and bank withdrawals, are processed by Coinflow (Coinflow Labs). Those payments and payouts are also subject to Coinflow's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Top-ups through Unifold are subject to the terms of Unifold and its providers (section 5).

15. Changes, termination, governing law

We may change these terms. For material changes we will say so on the site and update the date at the top; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.

You can stop using Waifu Rips at any time. You can also delete your account (Privacy Policy, section 10). Before you do, you must withdraw your balance, open any gifted packs, and sell or redeem your cards; a balance under the $1 withdrawal minimum, other tokens sent to your wallet, your Rip Points (locked ones too), any clan rev share not yet paid (section 9c) and any referral USDC not yet claimed (section 9a) end with the account, so claim it first. In wallet mode (section 4a), deleting your account does not touch the USDC and cards in your own wallet, but once the account is gone you may no longer be able to sell those cards back through Waifu Rips, so do that first. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms; if we close an account for that reason, rewards not yet paid to it are lost (section 9e). Cards and balance you lawfully hold remain yours, subject to section 10.

These terms are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.

Privacy Policy

Last revised 21 October 2026

1. Who we are

Waifu Rips (blockrips.com) is operated by MITHRIL CONSULTANCY FZ LLC, Shed No. 20, Al Hulaila Industrial Free Zone (unit S20W721), RAKEZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, which is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service. If you do not agree with it, do not use Waifu Rips.

2. For adults only

Waifu Rips is for people 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18, and we close accounts we discover to belong to minors. If you believe a minor has an account, tell us at info@blockrips.com.

3. What we collect

To sign you in: the sign-in identity you use with our authentication provider, Privy, and the account identifier it gives us. Depending on how you sign in, that identity is an email address, a Google, X or Telegram account, or the address of a Solana wallet you own. Privy sends your sign-in codes to your email address. We also keep a copy of your email address with your account, so we can email you (section 5).

Because you used the site: your account's Solana wallet address, your USDC balance, and your transaction history: the packs you ripped, bought or gifted, the cards you pulled, sold back or redeemed, your deposits and withdrawals, and the cards and items you brought in, sent to a wallet or sent back, with the wallet addresses they went to and, where we can read it, the wallet they came from. Some of this is also recorded on the Solana blockchain, which is public and permanent (section 7).

If you play the claw machine (Terms, section 6a): your goes, including goes that were not played, with their go numbers, the seeds they used, their results, the chance each was played at, and the prizes delivered to you.

If you use wallet mode (Terms, section 4a): the address of the wallet you pay from and of any wallet you paid from before, the name of its wallet app, when you turned wallet mode on or off or changed wallet, and the purchases, sales, moves and payouts made with that wallet through Waifu Rips. To show you your balance, your vault and your history, we read that wallet’s USDC balance, its USDC transfers and the cards in it from the public blockchain and from our card partners; your history shows only what that wallet did through Waifu Rips. We never see or store its seed phrase or keys.

Your profile and what you post: your username and past usernames, your profile picture and banner, your rank and Rip Points, the players you follow and who follow you, your clan and when you joined and left each clan, the clan rev share you earned and were paid, your referral code and who referred you, the referral USDC you earned and claimed, any referral Mystery Pack you opened, your Daily Stamps, and what you post: messages, clan chat, clip comments, clan names, badges and banners.

Your referral link’s preview: when your referral link is shared, the preview that X and other sites show for it carries your username and, if you opened a referral Mystery Pack, the card it revealed. Anyone who has the link can see it.

Your vault, when you trade: where card trading is available, any player who can trade can open your vault while building a trade with you, and you can open theirs. They see each card you hold: its name, grade, picture and value, how long its sell-back has left, whether it is listed or in use elsewhere, and, for a card that came to you from another player in a trade or a marketplace buy, who it came from.

Messages: direct messages you send are stored so they can be delivered. If someone reports a conversation, a copy of it is kept with the report and our team reads it to deal with the report.

Clips: when you pull a rare or better card we make a video replay of that rip. If you use RECORD with your camera or microphone on, we record your face and voice to add to the clip; the raw recording is deleted once the clip is made. If we make an automatic clip again, the earlier version is kept privately and deleted with that clip or your account. See Terms, section 11a for who can see clips.

If you connect X: your X username, display name, picture and follower count, and permission to post to X for you when you ask. We refresh these details from X from time to time. You can disconnect at any time.

If you use Telegram: your Telegram account identifier, when you sign in through Telegram or join our Telegram group. If you do the “Join Waifu Rips HQ” quest, we link that identifier to your account (through a group invite link made for your account, or our Telegram bot) and ask Telegram whether it is in the group, so the quest can be paid once per Telegram account. The link is removed when your account is deleted; the record that the quest was paid, with that Telegram identifier, is kept to stop it being paid again.

If you connect an AI assistant (Terms 11c): a record of the connection (which assistant, when you connected it, when it last used your account, and when and why it was disconnected) and the access codes we issue to it, which we store only in scrambled (hashed) form so nobody can read them back. Disconnecting makes those codes stop working at once. Each rip and sell-back made through an assistant is marked as such in your transaction history. Requests from an assistant come from its provider's servers, not from your device, so we do not store their IP address or device against your account as we do for your own visits.

Automatically: your IP address, a random device identifier your browser keeps, and your browser type. We store these against your account when you sign in and when you rip, to stop abuse such as referring yourself. We use your IP address to work out your country, for the site's language and country rules. Our host also keeps basic request logs. Our bot-protection service, Cloudflare Turnstile, checks purchases and Telegram group joins to tell people from bots.

Through analytics: which pages you open, which controls you use and which link brought you here, so we can see whether the site works as intended. We use two tools for this, Google Analytics and PostHog. PostHog also records how the page looked and moved during your visit (session replay), with everything you type hidden. We do not send your name, email address, wallet address, card values or amounts of money to either tool as data, but session replay may show other things that were on your screen, such as balances. See section 8 for the cookies they set.

If you use a campaign link (blockrips.com/r/…): the campaign code, which is saved with your account when you sign up. Clicks are counted with a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address.

If you claim a partner link (Terms 9b): which partner and which link, when you claimed it, a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address and device identifier (to stop one person claiming many times: a device that an account which claimed a welcome had been seen on cannot claim another for a different account), whether your welcome is waiting, paid or on hold, how much you have spent on paid packs since the claim, and which partner brought you, saved with your account. When you open a link, its code stays in that browser tab's session storage until you claim or close the tab; our server also keeps it in a short-lived cookie (up to 30 minutes) until you claim. If you delete your account, the scrambled IP address and device identifier are removed from your claim, and the record that a welcome was claimed with that link stays. We also keep a keyed, scrambled (HMAC) mark of the device you claim on and of each device (up to 50) your account had been seen on when you claimed, with no account, name or email attached, so those devices cannot claim a partner welcome again; the marks stay after your account is deleted. If you are a member of a clan when it becomes a partner's clan, we note that you were a member then (the welcome is for new members); the note is removed if you delete your account. The partner can see that you joined their clan, as any clan can; we do not give partners your email address or what you spend.

If you pay for a pack by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay: Coinflow's reference for the payment, the pack, quantity, price, fee and total, whether the payment went through, and any refund, chargeback or fraud flag on it (Terms, section 6). Your card details and the billing details you type into Coinflow's checkout go to Coinflow, not to us.

We do not collect identity documents. A bank withdrawal needs an identity check, which Coinflow and its verification provider carry out (Terms, section 8); the documents go to them, and we receive only the result.

4. What we deliberately do not collect

Waifu Rips is built to hold as little about you as possible:

  • No shipping details at rest. When you redeem a card for physical shipment, your name, address, email and phone number pass through our servers to the partner who ships it and are stored in their systems, not ours. We keep the shipment's status references and the carrier's tracking numbers and scan updates, not your address.
  • No names or addresses in our logs. Our server logs record error codes, request identifiers, an internal account identifier and, sometimes, your wallet address. They do not record your name, your shipping address or your phone number.
  • No card numbers, no bank details. Card payments are handled entirely by our payment partners and their providers: a card top-up by Unifold, a pack bought by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay by Coinflow, which handles card data under the card industry's security standard (PCI DSS). Your card details go to them, never to us, and are not stored on our systems; if you let Coinflow save your card for next time, Coinflow keeps it. For a pack we keep Coinflow's reference for the payment, the amounts and its status (section 3). For a bank withdrawal, your bank details and identity documents go to Coinflow; we keep only Coinflow's reference for your linked bank, its last four digits and whether your identity check passed.
  • No passwords. Sign-in is code- and provider-based; there is no password to store.
  • No advertising trackers. Our analytics (section 8) run with advertising features and ad personalisation switched off, we run no advertising pixels, and we sell nothing about you to anyone.

5. Why we use it

  • To run your account, deliver what you bought, refund a card payment for a pack we could not deliver, answer a payment dispute, and pay out what you withdraw.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and money laundering, which matters especially because crypto transactions are irreversible.
  • To meet legal obligations, and to answer you when you contact us.
  • To email you. Sign-in codes and order and shipping emails are service emails and keep coming while you have an account. We also send product and promotional emails to the email address on your account: a welcome email when you join, gifts and free packs, and announcements about Waifu Rips. Each of these has an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To run the social parts of the site: your profile, followers, clans, messages and clips, and to deal with reports.
  • To run referrals and promotions, including checking that a referral is not you referring yourself.
  • To answer an AI assistant you have connected, and to know which purchases and sell-backs were made through one.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

6. Who we share it with

Only the parties that make the product work, each with only what it needs:

  • Unifold and its payment providers (such as Stripe). Only if you top up by card or from another coin or exchange. We give them your account's wallet address and an account identifier; you give them your payment details directly, under their own privacy policies.
  • Coinflow (Coinflow Labs) and its verification provider. Only if you pay for a pack by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or withdraw to a bank. For a pack, we give Coinflow an account identifier, your email address, your IP address and browser type (for its fraud and chargeback checks), and the pack, quantity and price; you give Coinflow your card and billing details directly, and it tells us whether the payment went through and of any refund, chargeback or fraud flag on it. If a payment is disputed, we may give Coinflow the record of your order and of the pack's delivery and opening. For a bank withdrawal, we give Coinflow an account identifier, your account's wallet address and the amount; you give Coinflow your identity documents and bank details directly, and it tells us whether your identity check passed. Coinflow handles what you give it under its own privacy policy.
  • Privy. Authentication and wallet infrastructure. Holds your sign-in identity, manages your account wallet's keys, and delivers your sign-in codes by email. When you delete your account, we delete you at Privy.
  • Our card partners, Slabz and Collector Crypt. To source, vault, buy back and ship cards. When you redeem, the shipping details you enter go to them (section 4), and their handling of that information is governed by their own privacy policies.
  • Supabase. Our database and file storage provider; stores your account records, profile pictures, banners, clan images and clips.
  • Vercel. Hosts the site and its API; your requests pass through their infrastructure.
  • Helius. Our Solana network provider. Our servers read the blockchain and submit transactions through them, so your wallet address and its activity pass through their infrastructure.
  • Cloudflare. Bot protection (Turnstile) on purchases and Telegram group joins; it processes connection data to tell people from bots.
  • WalletConnect. Only if you choose to connect an external wallet.
  • Brevo. Sends our emails. Holds your email address, username and basic account activity used to choose which emails you get.
  • PostHog (EU) and Google Analytics. Site analytics, as described in sections 3 and 8.
  • 17TRACK. Receives your parcel's tracking number so we can tell you where it is.
  • X and Telegram. Only if you sign in with or connect them, as described in section 3.
  • The AI assistant you connect, and the company that provides it (for Claude, Anthropic). Only if you connect one (Terms 11c). To answer you we send it your username, your balance, the packs on sale, the results of rips made through it and of any blockrips.com rips you ask it to look up, sell back or keep, details of your cards (such as name, grade, picture, value and sell-back offer), the Rip Points a rip earned, your Rip Points total, your rank and your daily stamps, and links to blockrips.com. We do not send it your email address, your sign-in details or your wallet's keys. The provider handles that information, along with the rest of your conversation, under its own terms and privacy policy, which we do not control. It may keep it in your conversation history, and Anthropic's privacy policy says it may use conversations to improve its models unless you opt out in your Claude settings.
  • Law enforcement or regulators, where we are legally required.

Some of these providers process data in the United States or other countries. Where transfer rules apply, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.

7. The blockchain, and what nobody can delete

Deposits, purchases, sales, burns and card ownership are recorded on Solana, a public blockchain. Anyone can read those records, forever; they are not ours to erase. A wallet address is pseudonymous, but anyone who learns which address is yours can read that address's full history. Deleting your account removes your identity, profile and posts from Waifu Rips (section 10). It cannot remove anything already written on chain, and your account's wallet address and its history stay public there. In wallet mode your purchases and sales are recorded on chain against your own wallet’s address, next to everything else that wallet has done.

8. Cookies and local storage

We use what the site needs to work: keeping you signed in, remembering your language, country and settings on your device, a random device identifier we use to stop abuse, and which link brought you here (kept for 90 days). When you open a partner link, its code is kept in a cookie for about 30 minutes, long enough to sign in and claim it. Our bot-protection service may set its own cookie strictly to function.

We also use analytics cookies. Google Analytics sets its own first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_…) so that your return visits are counted as one person rather than several; they expire after two years. PostHog, our other analytics tool, is configured to set no cookies at all and to remember nothing between page loads, except that once you are signed in it knows your internal account identifier. We set no advertising cookies. You can clear or block any of these in your browser at any time; the site keeps working without them, though you may be signed out.

9. How long we keep it

While you have an account, we keep what is described in section 3. When you delete your account (section 10) we delete your profile, username, email address, pictures, clips, Rip Card, messages, comments, follows, clan membership (the record of when you joined and left clans is kept, below), device and IP records, your connections to AI assistants and their access codes, and what our email partner, PostHog and our shipping partners hold about you (your saved shipping addresses). Your username can be taken by someone else 365 days later. Until then we keep the old name, with no other detail about you, only to stop anyone else from taking it. We keep the following, for the reasons given:

  • Records of your purchases, sales, gifts, deposits, withdrawals, redemptions and shipments, your Rip Points, Daily Stamps and referral history (including referral USDC earned, claimed and paid, and referral Mystery Packs), and your clan rev share (what you earned, what was paid, carried over or lost, and when you joined and left each clan, which sets what every clan earned), for 7 years, because tax and anti-money-laundering law requires us to. They are kept without your name, email address or sign-in identity. They are linked to your account's wallet address (and, if you used wallet mode, your own wallet’s address), which is public on the blockchain anyway, and, for a card top-up, to the payment reference, the amount and the last four digits of the card; for a pack paid by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, to Coinflow's payment reference, the amounts and any refund or chargeback.
  • Reports involving you, what was copied into them (the messages, and private copies of reported pictures and of clips our team removed) and our moderation decisions, for as long as we need them to protect other players, to answer an appeal or a legal claim, or because the law or the police require it. When you delete your account, a report you made stays without your name: it points to an anonymous record of your account, though a copied conversation still shows each message as it was sent, with its sender's username. Our policy is to keep a report about you, and the evidence copied into it, for up to 12 months after we close the case, and then to delete it.
  • A scrambled code (a keyed one-way hash) made from your email address and your Google, X or Telegram account, for 12 months, so that a deleted account cannot be used to claim sign-up rewards again. It cannot be turned back into your details and is not linked to your old records.
  • Scrambled marks of the devices your account had been seen on when you claimed a partner welcome (up to 50; a keyed one-way hash, with no account attached), while partner links run, so that one device cannot claim a partner welcome twice (Terms 9b).
  • A note that your account and another account shared an IP address or device, if one of you referred the other: two account numbers and whether it was an IP address or a device, but not the address or the device itself. We keep it so that deleting an account cannot undo a referral block (Terms 9a).
  • Claw machine records (your goes, their seeds, results and draws, and the prizes delivered) are kept after you delete your account, without your name, email address or sign-in identity, so that every go stays checkable and our records stay complete. They are linked only to your account’s wallet address, which is public on the blockchain anyway. We keep them for 7 years.
  • A record that the deletion happened, for 7 years.
  • Backups of our database are overwritten within 30 days. Our host's server logs expire within 30 days.

Our partners keep their own records under their own policies: Slabz and Collector Crypt for card transactions and shipments, and our payment partners (Unifold and its providers for card top-ups, Coinflow and its verification provider for card payments for packs and for bank withdrawals), including the email address, billing details and connection details you gave them when you paid, and your identity check. Privy deletes your sign-in identity when we ask, and we ask it to delete any copy it keeps. Blockchain records are permanent and outside anyone's control (section 7).

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the EU's GDPR and California's CCPA/CPRA, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, or receive a copy of it in a portable format. Because we do not sell personal information, there is no sale to opt out of.

Deleting your account. If you see Delete account in Settings on a phone or in the account menu on a computer, you can delete your account yourself there, or at blockrips.com/delete-account. Otherwise, or if you can no longer sign in, email info@blockrips.com from the address on your account. First move out anything of value: withdraw your USDC, open any gifted packs, and sell or redeem your cards, because once the account is deleted nobody, including us, can reach its wallet. In wallet mode, deleting the account does not touch what is in your own wallet. Your account is then paused, and deleted 14 days later; until then you can sign in and keep it, or use the link in the email we send. If something of value reaches the account in those days, we wait until you have moved it out. We email you once the deletion is complete.

To exercise a right, email info@blockrips.com. We will verify that the request really comes from you, answer within the time the law allows, and never treat you differently for asking. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

11. Security

We protect your information with encryption in transit, access controls on our systems, and above all by not holding what we do not need: no passwords, no card numbers, no card-redemption shipping addresses (section 4). Wallet keys are managed by our wallet infrastructure provider; our servers can ask it to sign transactions you have authorised, but never see the keys. In wallet mode the keys to your own wallet stay with you: we never see them and cannot sign for that wallet. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you.

12. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, for anything significant, say so on the site. Continuing to use Waifu Rips after a change means you accept it.

Return Policy

Last revised 21 October 2026

1. Packs and cards are not returnable

All sales are final, unless the law where you live requires otherwise, with the one exception in section 2 for a pack paid for by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay that we could not deliver. A pack paid for from your balance is paid in USDC on the Solana blockchain, and a confirmed Solana transaction cannot be undone, reversed or refunded. A pack paid for by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay is final once we have bought it for you; we then open it for you straight away (Terms, section 6). A pack is opened the moment you rip it, and an opened pack cannot be returned or exchanged for a different card. The same applies to our partners, Slabz and Collector Crypt, who supply and vault the cards.

Claw machine goes. A paid go on the claw machine is final. A go that does not win cannot be refunded, and a card won on the machine follows the same rules as any other card (Terms, section 6a).

Marketplace buys and trades. A card you bought on the marketplace, from a Waifu Rips player or from Collector Crypt’s marketplace, cannot be returned, and a marketplace buy cannot be refunded once it is confirmed on chain. A card trade cannot be undone once it is confirmed on chain, and a card you received in a trade cannot be returned. If a buy does not go through, nothing is taken from your balance (Terms, section 7).

2. If something goes wrong

Top-ups through Unifold. A top-up by card, or from another coin or an exchange, buys USDC, which is delivered to your balance. Once it has arrived it is complete and cannot be reversed by us. If something went wrong with a card charge or a coin transfer, email support@blockrips.com and we will help you take it up with Unifold or the payment provider.

Packs paid for by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. If we cannot deliver a pack you paid for through Coinflow, our team checks the payment and, once it has confirmed that the pack was not bought, refunds what you paid for it in full, including Coinflow's fee, to the card or wallet you paid with, and emails you. Refunds are made by our team, not automatically; your card issuer decides how long a refund then takes to reach you (Terms, section 6). If you have not heard from us, or anything else is wrong with a card payment, email support@blockrips.com before you contact your card issuer (Terms, section 6, Disputes and chargebacks).

Packs. If you paid for a pack and it did not open, the site shows it to you as an unopened pack that you can open later. If that fails, it is a fault on our side and we will put it right (Terms, section 6). Email support@blockrips.com with your username and, if you have it, the transaction link.

Bank withdrawals. If your bank rejects or returns a payout made through Coinflow, we will work with Coinflow to return the USDC to your balance (Terms, section 8). Email support@blockrips.com if it has not come back.

Claw machine. A go that did not play is not charged. If your $5 was taken and the go did not play, we will put it right and pay it back. If you won a card and it has not reached you, that is a fault on our side and we will put it right (Terms, section 6a). Email support@blockrips.com with your username and, if you have it, the go number.

3. Selling a card back

A card cannot be returned, but it can be sold back to our partner at the price quoted at that moment, while buyback is open for it (Terms, section 7). The proceeds are paid to your balance in USDC, or, in wallet mode, into your own wallet (Terms, section 4a). A card you did not pull yourself that another player traded to you, or that you bought from another player’s listing, cannot be sold back for now, and a card bought from Collector Crypt’s marketplace cannot be sold back or redeemed through Waifu Rips (Terms, section 7). A card you brought in cannot be sold back (Terms, section 5).

4. Redeemed cards

Redeeming a card burns its on-chain record and ships the physical card to you. A redeemed card cannot be returned, un-redeemed or sold back. Shipping is carried out by our partner, and lost or damaged parcels are governed by our partner’s terms (Terms, section 14). If your parcel does not arrive or arrives damaged, email support@blockrips.com and we will take it up with our partner for you.

5. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy takes away a right you have under the law where you live that cannot be excluded.
